Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the sheets and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
